Pedro Rodriguez

Born October 19, 1926, he came to Brooksville four years ago from his native Bonao, Dominican Republic.  He worked in metal manufacturing and was a parishioner of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.

He is survived by his adoring wife of 65 years: Gloria Polanco; sons: Ramon Rodriguez of New York, Luis Rodriguez and Juan Rodriguez both of Connecticut, Rafael Rodriguez and Franky Rodriguez both of Florida; daughter: Mercedes Rodriguez of Pennsylvania; brothers: Anselmo Rodriguez, Edlio Rodriguez, and Antoni Rodriguez; sister: Marola Rodriguez; 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

A Visitation for family and friends will be held from 5:00-7:00pm, Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am, Friday, May 14, 2021 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, with Reverend Bruce King officiating.  Burial will follow at Brooksville Cemetery.
