WHITLEY, Ralph C. Sr., age 73, of Tampa, FL died Thursday, June 12, 2014 from cancer at Melech Hospice House. Born in Dunedin, FL, he came to the area 46 years ago from Italy. He was a U.S. Navy and Army veteran Vietnam War and a former policeman with the City of Tampa. He is survived by his companion: Ruth DeLaMater Bundy of Tampa, FL; sister: Dorothy Buffington of Navarre, FL.
