
CLAWSON, Richard G., age 74 of Spring Hill died Saturday, September 18, 2010 at his home. Born in Marstellar, PA on November 16, 1935, Dick retired after a 31 year career with various United Way organizations in Indiana and the Southeast. His retirement passions were woodworking, softball, traveling and he was a fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Rays. He was also a US Army Korean Conflict Veteran and of the Catholic faith. He was preceded in death by is parents: Paul and Clare (Weakland) Clawson; daughter: Janet Clawson Abercrombie and sister: Ida Zabreski. Survivors include his wife: Angeline “Angie” (Zenone) Clawson; sons and daughters-in-law: Kenneth M. & Nancy Clawson of Clearwater, FL, Daniel R. & Kim Clawson of Greenwood, IN and Richard D. Clawson of Lawrenceville, GA; daughter: Paula J. Clawson of Huntsville, AL; brothers: Harry Clawson of Hamilton, OH & Dan & his wife Ruth Clawson of Greenwood, IN and Lakeland; sisters: Anna Carl of Northern Cambria, PA and Agnes & husband Dick Kay of Latrobe, PA; son-in-law: David W. Abercrombie of Huntsville, AL and six grandsons, 4 granddaughters, 1 great granddaughter and numberous nieces and nephews. Visitation and internment will take place in Hastings, PA.
