He was born October 22, 1931 in El Centro, California and came to this area six years ago from Georgia. He served in the United States Coast Guard and worked as an electronics department manager.
He is survived by his son, John Goodrich of Riverview, Florida; daughters, Holly Phillips of Brooksville, Florida, Laurie Berryman of Marseilles, Illinois, Jennifer Hagewood of Thonotosassa, Florida and Joy Fowke of Valrico, Florida; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
