Anthony J. Blasko, Jr., 62, of Brunswick, died Thursday, August 11, 2011 in Glynn County. A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, August 22, 2011 at St. Francis Xavier Church in Brunswick. A private memorial service is being held by the family in Illinois.
Born August 29, 1948 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Anthony J. Blasko, Sr., and Sophie C. Blasko, he was a retired educator with the Glynn County School System. Anthony loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed working in the garden. Survivors include his brothers Blaise (Lydia) Blasko, Paul (Linda) Blasko, several nieces and nephews, Daniel Blasko, Heather (Frank) Nuccio, Marissa (Bill) Noble, and Jennifer (Clint) Ludden.
