Cleo was born in Twiggs County to parents William Tobie Rials and Annie Day Rials. She grew up in Ludowici and spent the last sixty-one years in Glynn County. Cleo was a member of Christian Renewal Church of Brunswick. She was a caring, giving person and will be missed by all who knew her.
Cleo is survived by two sons, David Osborne of Darien and James Cornell Osborne (Mary) of Brunswick; four grandchildren, David Runyan of Brunswick, Elizabeth Fields (Chad) of Sharpsburg, GA, Jim Osborne (Cheyenne) of Brunswick and Peggy Espinosa (Andrew) of San Diego, CA; four great grandchildren, Cortney and Lizzie Runyan and Maggie and Dylan Fields, and a nephew, Alvin Young (Heidi) of Jasper, GA.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on Monday at 11:00 am at Christian Renewal Church in Brunswick.
