Cornelius is preceded in death by his wife, Sara Jane Fryar; his mother, Mary Ann Fryar; and a daughter, Kimberly Ann Warner. He is survived by Anthony James Fryar, son, of Brunswick, GA; Michael Christopher, son, of Brunswick, GA; Karen M. Poythress, daughter, of Brunswick, GA; Eric Cornelius Fryar of Spokane, Washington; Terry Hyslop, sister, of Bethlehem, NY. He is survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Cornelius proudly served in the United States Navy. He worked for Jared Industries since 1995. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
The family will have a private family Memorial Service at a later date.
