Eric Nicholas Lee Yawn Matherly

Eric Nicholas Lee Yawn Matherly, 39, of Brunswick, departed this life Friday, November 23, 2018 in Glynn County. Memorial services will be conducted at 6PM Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Joiner officiating.

Born August 13, 1979 in Brunswick, he was a self-employed master craftsman. Eric was a lifelong resident of Brunswick, and enjoyed music and playing the guitar.

Survivors include his daughters Lillian Alexis Nicole Matherly, Madisen Rose Matherly, Elizabeth Grace Matherly, and Destiny Marie Stewart, his parents, Jerry and Yvonne Matherly, all of Brunswick, a grandson, Liam Harrison Lee Cryer, three brothers, Christian Matherly of Brunswick, Andrew Smith (Callie), and Tony Smith of Ellaville, GA, two sisters, Michele Handley and Shari Handley of Brunswick, biological father, Donald Ray Smith of Americus, and a host of grandparents, family and friends.
