Joyce Arlene Boltz

Joyce A. Maulfair Boltz, 88, of Brunswick, died Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Fairhaven Assisted Living. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, October 11, 2012 at First Presbyterian Church of Brunswick, with Rev. Russell Gladings officiating. Interment will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery.

Born December 14, 1923 in Annville, Pennsylvania to the late Chester and Lucy D. Maulfair, she was a homemaker raising three daughters. Mrs. Boltz was a former resident of Warner Robins, Georgia and had been a resident of Glynn County for the past 10 years. She enjoyed crafts and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Weaver.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Freeman C. Boltz of Brunswick, 3 daughters, Sandy Simison of Mobile, AL, Jodi Todd of Perry, GA and Stephanie Sims and husband Ron of Brunswick, four grandchildren, Tommy Simison, Jimi Todd, Stasia Sims, and Jessie Horne, a great grandchild, Kylie Sims, and one sister, June Longenecker of Wilmington, NC.
