Born August 7, 1960, in Brunswick, Georgia to the late Jack J. Sullivan and Martha Moore Sullivan, Julie was a 1978 honor graduate of Brunswick High School and attended Brunswick Junior College. She was employed by Hercules, Inc. 14 years until she was diagnosed with Lupus, resulting in her disability. She was a member of Taylor’s United Methodist Church. Julie loved to cook, bake, playing piano, and grow beautiful flowers. Her greatest joy was time spent with her beautiful grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Edna M. Sullivan. Survivors include a sister, Patricia (Patti) Moxley and husband Danny of Brunswick.
She had four grandchildren, Drew Culpepper (Cassi), Alek Culpepper (Collin), Kaden Culpepper (Myranda), Madisyn Culpepper Andrews (Gary), all of Brunswick. She had six great grandchildren, Brant, Bryce, Bowen, Harper, Karter and Addelyn.
Funeral Services are entrusted to Edo Miller and Sons. Services will be held Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Drew Culpepper, Kaden Culpepper, Ricky Culpepper, Lance McLain, Shane McLain and Trey Owens.
