Kathleen Mary Quinn

Kathleen Earl Quinn finished her time on earth and began her time in heaven on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. While with us, she was first and foremost a child of God and second, a beloved wife and mother. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she was never without words or a good recipe for challah bread. Her whole heart belonged to her family and hospitality was her true joy and gift.

A lifelong teacher, she excelled as an elementary school science teacher and for her students, would glue your butt to the chair as fast as she would leave a lasting impression on your life. Later, she furthered education as a curriculum author for Georgia, contributed her science knowledge for local sea turtle conservation efforts, and always offered her talents for bible studies near and far.

She is survived by her devoted husband, five children, fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren who will cherish her memory always (and all 5,000 books she gave us about Jesus).
