Sharyne Lee Turner

Shay was born the 17th of October 1941 in San Jose, California to the late Teddy and Helyne Howard.

In addition to Shay’s parents she is preceded in death by her precious young daughter Kelly Cole.

She is survived by her devoted husband, George Paul Turner Jr. of Townsend, GA:

Shay leaves behind her children, Kim Chester, St. Simmons GA; David Cole, Bronx NY and others. In true Kiowa tradition Shay took two daughters Donna Rowland, Gainsville FL., Lisa Marie Stephens, Townsend GA and a sister Julie Fawn Boisseau-Craig of Rockford, TN. She also leaves behind her beloved ‘boys’ Taco & Cooper, two chihuahuas she loved dearly.

She belonged to the Darien Church of God and loved her church family and her God. Shay believed in blessing others with her abundance, so in lieu of flowers or contributions, please do random acts of kindness for others, in her name.
