He was born in Jenkins County, Ga.; he was a member of First Baptist Church Brunswick. He graduated from Glynn Academy In 1978, he was a painter.
Survivors two sons; Wesley (Lenni) Wilson, of Brunswick, and Tyler (Martha) Wilson, of Brunswick, parents; Pearl and Johnny Wilson, of Brunswick, grandchildren; Jonathan, Kayla, and Collin Wilson, all of Brunswick, sister; Lisa (Scott) Ellis, of St. Simons Islands, two brothers; Larry (Tuesday) Wilson, of Columbia, S.C., and Clay Wilson, of St. Simons Island, several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Tammy May, of Homerville, Ga.
Services will be held on Friday May 13, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to service. Active Pallbearers will be Larry Wilson, Clay Wilson, Scott Ellis, Billy Ellington, Craig Hall, Galin Hall, Eric Adamson, and Carl Langford with Rev. Jim Crandall and Dr. Neal Cordle officiating, with burial at Chapel Park Cemetery.
Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home will be entrusted with the arrangements. ,
