Arthur Charles Ruff

Arthur Charles Ruff was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta on January 01, 1952. He grew up in Medicine Hat and later moved to Calgary after completing high school. Charles attended the University of Calgary earning his undergraduate degree and then went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Alberta. He practiced law in Calgary for several decades, dedicating himself wholeheartedly to his profession. He took great pride in his work and always placed the best interests of his clients at the forefront.

Beyond his career, Charles was a loving father to his son, Peter. He enjoyed a full and active life spending his spare time reading, golfing, biking, and attending the occasional hockey and football games. Charles is survived by his brother Colby Ruff and partner Suzanne Belliveau (Calgary, AB), his son Peter, Ellie Staniloff (Toronto ON), niece Valerie Ruff Aboud, Justin (Brossard, QC), nephews Justin Ruff and partner Victoria Stephenson (Calgary, AB) and Connor Ruff (Calgary, AB).
