Mrs. Audrey Eileen Boyd

Audrey Eileen beloved mother and grandmother passed away on Monday, May 15, 2006. She leaves to mourn her sons James and Randall (Fonda); daughters Janice Brown (Andrew) and Beverly Zanin (Joe); five grandchildren Andrew (Tara), Morgan (Richard), Cailey (Fraser), Craigh and Antonetta; brother Ken (Eileen) and numerous other relatives. Audrey was predeceased by her husband of 42 years, James and parents Edwin and Elizabeth Simpson. Mom was born and raised in East Calgary and attended Colonel Walker School and Western Canada High School. After graduation she was employed by Ontario Laundry and Barber Ellis Paper. In 1976, she founded her own company, Double A Wholesale Stationery Ltd. She was a member of numerous clubs and organizations including the Rebekahs, Inglewood Silver Threads and The Royal Canadian Legion. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at visitation at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Thursday, May 18, 2006 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, on Friday, May 19, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
