Bow Yuit passed away peacefully at the Bethany Care Centre on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at the age of 103 years. She lived a long and happy life. She is survived by her beloved grandson Paul, daughter-in-law Lai and extended family in Calgary, Hong Kong and the USA.
Bow was born in Hoi Ping County, Guangdong Province, China on May 22, 1908. She immigrated to Calgary with her family in 1965. Residing here in Calgary the rest of her life.
Bow will always be remembered for her kindness and genuine interest in all her friends and the Chinese Community (Chinatown) where she lived for many years.
