It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brenda Bouvette on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the age of 65 years. Brenda passed away peacefully at home with her son Kevin and son-in-law Donald at her side. Born in July of 1956 to Joseph and Blanch Bouvette, in Winnipeg, Manitoba Brenda moved to Calgary in 1983. Brenda enjoyed life to the fullest; she loved to be outdoors and take road trips and most of all, she loved to sun tan.
She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her son Kevin Bouvette and his husband Donald Griffith; her granddaughter Lakeasha Johnson; her sister, Glenna and her husband Johnny Marion; her brother Victor Bouvette; and many nieces and nephews. Also left to mourn Brenda are her many friends.
Brenda’s family would like to extend a special thank you to the palliative team, Lindsay and Megan, as well as the C.O.P.D. Care Team for their compassionate care in a difficult time.
As per Brenda’s request there will not be any funeral service, but there will be a Celebration of Life that will be announced at a later date
