Cecile is survived by her children, Sheila (Ernie) Wolbaum, Brian (Leslie) Kirkpatrick, Ron (Cathy) Kirkpatrick, Pat (John) Smith, Gerry (Connie) Kirkpatrick, and Maureen (Mike) Cook; twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Anne (Gene) Sangster and Matilda (Bob) Neilson. Cecile was predeceased by her husband Maurice Kirkpatrick in 1979; parents, Mary and Frank Wagner as well as her three sisters and two brothers. Cecile was an avid Bingo player and loved to dance. She lived life to the fullest.
A Celebration of Cecile’s Life will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, 1620 29 Street N.W., Suite 300, Calgary, AB, T2N 4L7.
