Cody John Landry

It is with profound and deep sadness that we announce the passing of Cody John Landry in Calgary, Alberta on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the age of 31. Cody will be lovingly remembered by his sister Candice, nephew Eddie, mother Lindy (Tony), father Tim; cousins Brianna, Tylor, and Jessica; uncle Jim, aunt Angie, aunt Denise, uncle Clint (Leena), grandfather John, best friends Sabree, Noah, Aaron, and Matt, as well as copious other extended family and friends.

Cody had a great passion for music amongst other things like Martial Arts, math, and a love for adrenaline. Ever since he was young he studied poetry and wrote music. He worked on his craft with passion and care, speaking his truth through music. He cared deeply about the message and the meaning behind every word he wrote. Cody enjoyed his time in the studio recording music, hanging out with his friends, playing video games with his nephew and spending time with his sister. He never missed an opportunity for a witty pun and always brought a smile to everyone’s face around him.

His loyalty was admired by anyone who met Cody. His world was his cats Meowly, Cleo, Dolf and Mouse; his cats were loved so deeply by Cody, they were inseparable. Cody wore his clothes covered in cat hair with pride just to show it off because he loved them so much. He would’ve done anything for his cats, along with his friends and family.

Cody’s bright smile and contagious laugh will be deeply missed by so many. Forever cherished brother, son, uncle, and friend.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Triwood Community Hall, 2244 Chicoutimi Dr NW, Calgary, Alberta, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
