Colin was born in Goodsoil, Saskatchewan to Oskar and Cecilie Groeger.
He loved playing guitar in bands and had a love of life. Colin was very social and loved helping others.
He met Susan Gerbrandt and they had two boys, Rob and Ed. Later in life he met Linda Cardinal and they lived out their senior years together.
Colin is survived by his sons, his grandchildren Alex and Zach, and many friends.
He is predeceased by his parents, his wife Susan, and his common-law Linda.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no service at this time.
