Costica was born in Ploiesti, Romania and came to Canada in 1979. He moved to Calgary in 1982 and worked as a welder.
Costica was a very private person who lived a very simple life.
He is lovingly remembered by his nephews Sorin Braslasu of Romania and David Ion Justinian of Italy. He will also be remembered by his friends.
Costica was predeceased by his father Chirita, mother Cornelia and sister Constanta.
