Doris Nora Ho was born in Hong Kong in 1950. She joined her sisters and brother in Calgary, Canada in 1977 before returning to Hong Kong. She later returned to Canada and settled in Edmonton, where she worked at a global exchange office. She was a member of the Edmonton Chinese Baptist Church and appreciated the kindness and support of the community.
Doris is survived by her siblings Elsie, Esther, Larry (Brenda), and Adeline. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. Doris was predeceased by her sisters Liu Ming Ping and Jenny Hung; brothers-in-law Liu Hon Nam, Frank Leung, Ken Tam, and Anthony Fung.
A Graveside Service will be held at Queen’s Park Cemetery, 3219 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 12:30 p.m.
