Elda was born and raised in Rosario, Sante Fe, Argentina, where she studied photography which was a life-long passion. She eventually settled in Canada with her family and called Calgary home. Elda is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Carla (Adam); son, Raphael (Marie); granddaughter, Valentina and grandson, Sebastian. She is also survived by her niece, Fabiana (Paul) and great niece, Noaah. Elda was predeceased by her brother, Juan and nephew, Fernando.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Prayer Service held at St. Mary’s Cathedral, 219 18 Avenue S.W. Calgary on Friday, December 6, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St Mary’s Cathedral on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Joe officiating. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society, 200-325 Manning Road N.E., Calgary, AB T2E 2P5.
