Geraldine Carol Kuehn

It is with great sadness tinged with blessed relief that our beloved mother, wife, grandmother and great grandmother Geraldine (Gerri) Carol Kuehn (pronounced Keen) was mercifully released from her worldly pains May 31st, 2026.

Religiously passionate as much with her square dancing as her fanatical walking schedule, faithfully accompanied by her loving husband Roy. Gerri was widely recognised & cherished by those along her regular routes and those in their square dancing circles.

So deeply loved Gerri will be forever missed by her husband Roy, children Heather (Earl) & Craig (Christy) grandchildren Ashton & Alyssa and Maggi, Oscar & Felix and great grandchildren Ember & Arian as well by her sister Marni (Terry) niece Regan (Mike) and their two children Ryan & Maggie.

Born Aug’ 22, 1944, Gerri was tragically predeceased by her father Gerald Clare, mother Peggy, son Scott, nephew Jesse and most recently by great grandson Ashe.

A lifelong Habs fan since transiting the port of Montreal to school briefly in the home of her heart Scotland as a teenager, Gerri treasured her return trips to ‘the old country’ as she called it, especially with Roy, her partner in dance & life that brought her so much joy in the second half of her life through their dancing and their times together each winter as proud ‘snowbirds’ in Yuma Arizona.

Gerri wished for an evening of square dancing to celebrate her life (to be announced) and a small, private service for her family.
