Dear Mackenzie Family,
We share your grief at this sad time. However, we also share Hal's joy in his family as we have common bloodlines in some of his grandchildren and great grandchildren who gave him such joy in the days before his illness overtook him.
We remember happier days when both Hal and Vi were full of life. In this we take comfort that their lives were well lived.
