Heather will be greatly missed by the countless people whose lives she touched. Her passion for animals, especially dogs, led her to work tirelessly at rescuing and finding loving homes for them. She will be fondly missed by all who knew her for her infectious laugh and smile.
Professionally Heather dedicated her life to helping others, serving her community with strength and grace as a Paramedic. In moments of crisis, she was a calming presence — dependable, kind, and endlessly brave.
Heather was predeceased by her Mother Judy Sheppard, and nanny Lou Pasek. She is survived by her father Richard Sheppard, sister and brother-in-law Marcy & Tom Sheehan and her nephew Brenden.
Her Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM at South Calgary Funeral Centre.
