Jeannette Elizebeth Wardrop

She is survived by her husband Dale Wardrop their children Sigrid Salchert, Melissa Stafford, Shaun Martin, Mark Copage and honorary daughter Connie Grant (Glenn), grandchildren Rayelle, Kelsey, Ethan, Arianna, Sierra, Destiny, Hunter, Samantha and Justin. Jeannie will be lovingly remembered by her brothers Lorne, Sidney, Garry-Lee, and sisters Ronaye, Joadey, and countless nieces, nephews and friends. Jeannie will be remembered for her love of photography, rock’n roll concerts, living by the Peter Pan moto ‘’never grow old’’ and her tinkerbell shrine, but most of all her unconditional love for her grandchildren. Her absence will be greatly felt by all who called her mom, mama, auntie and friend. A special thanks to Doctor Graham Hunter and Doctor Karen Rimmer for supporting her in her battle. A Memorial Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Expressions of sympathy may be forwarded to the family via the website www.fostersgardenchapel.ca.
