Judith Ann Fraser

Judy is survived by her daughter Colleen Fraser, her grandsons; Jacob, Riley and Chris Harty. Her sister Kimberly Benisky (Comox), and brothers; Wayne Fraser (Port Alberni) and Danny Fraser who resides in Ecuador.

Judith is survived by her sister-in-laws; Patty McDowell, Janet Morrison (Port Alberni), Gayle Morrison (Montreal), Susan Morrison (Sidney), and Martha Clark (Ladysmith), as well as brother-in-law Peter Morrison (Maple Ridge) along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Predeceased by her parents; Gordon Russell and Irene Margaret Fraser, her husband Robert Morrison (2018) and her brother-in-law Jamie Morrison.

Judy’s greatest joys were Colleen’s two sons; Jacob Harty and Riley Harty. Those people meant the world to her and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Judy was a kind soul, never one to back down when asked to help a friend or family member. She was generous to a fault… just ask her grandson’s. She will be remembered for her huge smile, contagious laugh and humorous stories. She was always up for adventure, dressing up elaborately and celebrating every occasion to its fullest.

A Celebration of Judy’s Life will be held Thursday, November 14, 2024 at the Cochrane Legion (114 5th Avenue, Cochrane, Alberta) from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
