Kay Leung of Calgary passed away peacefully at the Wing Kei Care Centre on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at the age of 94 years. Kay is lovingly remembered by her daughter Brenda (Lawrence) and sons, Tom (Giulia), Jack (Tia) and Jim (Jody). Grandma will be missed by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, Lorraine (Bill) and Lucas, Lynnette, Greg (Lisa) and Jevyn, Matthew, Joshua and Jon.
Kay is predeceased by her husband, John, who passed away in 2008.
Friends and family will dearly miss Kay’s passion for dressmaking and embroidery work. She was a highly skilled seamstress who took pride making delicate hand stitched buttons.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at a Visitation at Fosters Garden Chapel, 3220 - 4 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta on Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
A private family Graveside Service will be held at Queen's Park Cemetery.
