Huu Lien Phung, lived a great life cared for everyone in the family. She was born in China and was adopted by a wealthy loving family, who took great care of her. Huu Lien was well taken care of by her late husband. She ruled the Chinese district in Saigon, Vietnam, where she was able to serve and volunteer her time. In Canada, she made friends in the neighborhood, and accustomed herself to Canadian life and customs. Back in the day, she was as excited as a young child to eat Halloween candy and to give it out at the door. She took great care of her grandchildren from infancy to school aged. Little will anyone forget her swearing; it was top notch!
