She served with the R.A.F during World War II. Margaret and her husband Aubrey lived in Germany and Wales with their five children during the 1950’s and 1960’s. In 1973 they moved to Calgary to make their home. Margaret was a loving mother to her children.
Margaret is survived by her daughter Carol, her sons Eric, Michael and Peter, her grandchildren; Kevin, Candace, Jessica (Dennis), Peter Jr. and Eric Jr.; and her 2 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Aubrey at the age of 61 and her son Tom at the age of 64.
A Funeral Service will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Rockyview Garden of Peace.
