It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Marie. Beloved wife, sister, and aunt. Marie was born near Dollard, Saskatchewan on the farm January 18, 1923 to Jules and Leonie Leroy. She married Adam Kammer in 1954. They farmed at Lorlie, Saskatchewan until retiring and moving to Yorkton, Saskatchewan then Calgary in 1981. In 1997 she moved into Cathedral Manor Estates where she made many friends and participated in many activities. March 2012 she moved to Beverly Estates Lake Midnapore Extended Care Facility where she was cared for until her passing. She was predeceased by her parents, husband Adam 1996, brothers Joe and Henry, and sister Lina. Marie is survived by her sisters Laura and Betty, brothers Paul and Lucien, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at SOUTH CALGARY FUNERAL CENTRE, 12700 Macleod Trail South (at Lake Fraser Gate), on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
