It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Melanie Sadje-Buhat, who passed away on June 26, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Melanie will be remembered for her kindness, strength, generosity, sense of humour, and unwavering love for her family and friends. She touched the lives of many with her warm heart, gentle spirit, and selfless nature. Her love, wisdom, and compassion will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is lovingly survived by her devoted husband, Leonardo, whom she married in 1998; her two daughters, Chantelle, 28, and Joan, 22, her son-in-law, Marco, who married Chantelle in 2026; her beloved mother, Angeles, 90; as well as her brothers, sisters, extended family, and many dear friends.
Though our hearts are filled with sorrow, we find comfort in the memories she leaves behind and in the love she shared so freely throughout her life. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
