Louise passed away peacefully at Foothills Hospital on Thursday September 2, 2010 at the age of 84 years. She will be deeply missed by her sons, Lex, Lyle and Chris, Barry and Elaine and her sisters Evelyn and Helen, along with many relatives and friends. Her husband Bobby of thirty-eight years and her brother Ray predeceased Louise. Louise was a sports enthusiast, loved her garden and enjoyed her many years at Brentwood Co-op. She loved visiting with people and enjoyed all types of gatherings of friends and family. Louise will always be remembered for her love, friendship and ever-caring ways. A Family Service will be held at a later date in Lyleton, Manitoba. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Calgary, Suite 201, 222-58 Avenue S.W., Calgary, AB., T2H 2S3. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Unit 46 of the Foothills Hospital for their care and compassion.
