Naida passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 7, 2022 in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 81 years. Naida was born in Calgary on November 12, 1940 and grew up on a farm in Lacombe, Alberta and moved to Calgary in 1960. She attended Lacombe High School and graduated in 1958.
Naida lived a full and eventful life with many adventures along the way. She was a free spirit and enjoyed traveling the world. She always had a way of making you feel like you were the most special person while in her presence. Naida portrayed a special kind of love that can never be replaced nor forgotten.
Naida is survived by her daughters Tatiana Koch and Lellani Whitman, four grandchildren, Siena Prewarski, Orion Prewarski, Aiden and Leo L'Heureux, her brothers Danny, Peter and Kelly Stooshnoff, including numerous nieces, nephews and relatives. Naida is predeceased by her parents Peter and Pauline Stooshnoff, her sister Jody (Betty) and her brother Stephen Stooshnoff.
Naida’s loving nature, bright smile, generosity and warmth will be greatly missed. She will forever be in our hearts.
