Phil passed away suddenly on February 22, 2020. Born July 19, 1960, Son of the late Harkie & Lois Boyes. Predeceased by his sister Donna Collins and nephew Mark Duffin. Survived by his sister Louise (Charlie) Duffin, brother Miles (Wendy) Boyes, nieces Jennifer and Kristi and nephew Ryan. Also his long-time companion Margo, closest friend Jay and many friends and relatives.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, to be announced.
