Phyllis Jean Young passed away at the Foothills Hospital on Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at the age of 74 years. Phyllis is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Stan; two sons Lyle (Paige) and Darrell (Jennifer); four grandchildren, Natasha, Jeremy, Shawna and Dana; and one great grandchild Serenity. She was predeceased by her brothers Steve and Peter and sister Stella.
Phyllis was born in Leduc, AB. She traveled through Western Canada with Stan and made many friends along the way. They moved back to Calgary in 1970 and have lived here since.
A Funeral Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Sunday, September 25, 2005 at 3:00 p.m.
