

Ralph was born and raised in Brantford, Ontario joining the RCAF in 1963. Eventually his career in the RCAF in Clinton, Ontario relocated his posting to Edmonton, Alberta. Upon receiving an Honorary Completion of Service from the RCAF he began a long career with A.G.T. Later the family moved to Calgary giving him the opportunity to retire and to volunteer with Race City Speedway fuelling his passion for Nascar.
He is survived by his wife Judy; Children Tracey (Kenny), Tammie (James) and Shelley (Rod); Grandchildren Leah (Mitch), Duncan (Wendy), Veronica (Chris), Justin (Caitlin), Steven and Kurt (Josh); Great Grandchildren Ella, Emily, Fiona, Callie, Zach, Nathaniel, Damien, Isla, Bowie and Brooks. Also leaving to mourn is his younger brother Bob and extended family in Ontario.
He was predeceased by his father Roy Edward, mother Velma Hazel, sister Marie and son Eddie.
As per his wishes there will be no public service, instead a private celebration of life at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to be made in Ralph’s memory to Veterans Food Bank Calgary.
