Ron is lovingly remembered by his wife, Donna; daughters, Amanda (Riley), Elizabeth and Leanne (Alex), and granddaughter, Lillian. He is also survived by sisters, Bess (Howard) and Heather (Tom); brother, Rod (Zhanara) and numerous nieces and nephews as well as sister-in-law, Bev. Ron loved to spend time with family and friends, whether it was preparing a feast for them or jamming together at the cabin.
A Celebration of Ron’s Life will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, Suite 200-119 14 Street N.W., Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6.
