It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Edward Tober at Bethany Riverview care facility on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in Calgary, Alberta, at the age of 68. Ronald was born on September 29, 1957, in Calgary. He lived a life marked by determination, passion, faith, and a love for the people around him.
Ronald will be lovingly remembered by his children Aaron (Catherine), David, and Rachel; as well as his granddaughter, Olivia. He will also be remembered by many friends, family members, and all those whose lives he touched through his generosity, stories, and larger-than-life presence.
Ronald’s legacy will live on through the memories shared, the values he passed down, and the many lives he influenced. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A Funeral Service will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will follow at Rocky View Garden of Peace.
