She was in the Telecommunication industry for all of her working life. She could communicate in French and 3 dialects of Indigenous languages. She liked camping, knitting and her nails were always done. Rosa was a kind, thoughtful, understanding wife, mother and friend and had a good soul. She always focused on the good in people.
Rosa is lovingly remembered by her husband Bill for almost 34 years, her cousin Myrna Whiteway as well as cousins, nieces and nephews in Manitoba and extended family as well as numerous friends she met along the way. She was predeceased by her son Keith (2010) and her parents. She loved her family and fur babies.
A Memorial Service will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM.
