Jimmy was my aunt..my dad's youngest sister..I have good memories oh her.rip

I just found out of her passing.she was my aunt..my dad's youngest sister..I have happy memories of her. Rip aunt jinny. Darlene eastham.

I remember Jinny as a very loving lady,  she loved her children but adored her grandchildren.  Her and Craig exchanging a rainbow magnet every time they were together. They even made me fell like one of the family.  I am sure Aubrey was waiting with arms open to welcome her.  RIP Jinny you will be greatly missed.

Saddened to hear of Ginny's passing; she was the last link of her generation in our past lives and she is a link that will be missed. Out best thoughts go out to Kathy, Shane, and their families. Will always remember how she welcomed us with her wonderful smile and robust nature. Bob/Linda French

I have many fun memories of Aunt Jinny & Uncle Aubrey visiting us in Crawford Bay in the summertime when I was a little girl. There was always some kind of prank going on between Aunt Jinny and my dad. 
When I was about 8 years old, they came and stayed with us in a big wooden house we called the jolly green giant. Dad kept his slippers in the porch as you came into the house. Aunt Jinny decided that she really liked his slippers and put them on whenever she could get her hands on them during the visit. There was a lot of teasing back & forth and my dad said something like dont you dare take those slippers home with you, Ill nail them to the floor first.
Wrong thing to say to Aunt Jinny. She very sweetly made a point of telling him that the slippers were in their spot in the porch when she left. She just didnt tell him that they were nailed to the floor. Luckily he didnt hurt himself when he tried to slide his feet in and walk away  but you could probably hear him yelling for miles.  They both had a good laugh about it later on the phone and its something that we kept talking & laughing about for years.
