Born on December 8, 1926, in Jiangxi. China, Mom lived a long and full life marked by faith, love, and perseverance. She was a devoted wife to late Wen Shao Chai, to whom she was faithfully married for 77 years, and together they built a home grounded in mutual respect, hard work, and unwavering devotion.
Mom was known for her gentle spirit, loving heart, and tireless hands. Whether caring for her family or tending her home, she poured herself into every task with grace and humility. Her strength and resilience carried her through life’s challenges, and her deep convictions gave her hope and peace.
As a mother, she was nurturing and patient — a steady presence and a source of quiet encouragement. She modeled what it means to love unconditionally, to work diligently, and to walk humbly before God. Her legacy of love and faith will continue to live on in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Yu Nan is survived by Irene, Albert and Boris, and she was a great caring Grandmom to eleven grandsons and granddaughters and a loving great Grandmom to five great grandsons and three great granddaughters.
