CANSANAY, Arcadia Librojo; It is with deep sadness that the family of Arcadia Librojo Cansanay announces her passing on Saturday, August 18th, 2012 surrounded by the love of her family at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener in her 92nd year. Beloved mother of Conrado Jr. (Teresita), Bella (Antonio), Olivia (Victorio Sr.), and Rex. Loving grandmother of Jonathan, Joey, Mary Jane, Bernadeth, Noel (Tania), Gina (Tang), Russel, Victor Jr., Marybeth (Rob) and Brian. Proud great-grandmother to Naomi, Angelica, Jenson and Anna. Dear sister to Antonia. Predeceased by parents Jose and Maria, her husband Conrado Sr. and son Dante, brothers Seferino and Ponciano, and sisters Basilia, Mercuria and Aning. Arcadia will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family in Canada, USA, Philippines and abroad. Friends and family will be received at the BARTHEL FUNERAL HOME, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge (519) 653-3251) on Monday, August 20th, 2012 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm with evening prayers to take place at 7pm. A Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, August 21st, 2012 at ST. CLEMENT'S RC CHURCH, 745 Duke Street, Cambridge at 11am with reception to follow at the church basement. In honor of Arcadia's wish, her final resting place will be in her beloved Philippines. The family of Arcadia would like to express their sincere thanks to the Hemodialysis Unit at GRH and especially to Dr. Vitou for their kind care of our sweet Nanay over the years. As expressions of sympathy contributions to the Hemodialysis Unit at Grand River Hospital or to St. Clement's Church would be greatly appreciated.
