Passed away peacefully at Maple Health Centre, Maple, Ontario on Thursday March 21, 2013 in her 90th year. Predeceased by her loving husband John Oswald (1994). Dearly loved mother of John Oswald and Marie Oswald (Geoffrey Creighton). Cherished grandmother of Christine, Andrea, Jennifer, Evan and Alexandra. Predeceased by her parents Matthias and Elisabeth Poos, brothers Peter and Matthias Poos. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, Ontario N3H 3J8 (519)-653-3251 on Wednesday March 27, 2013 from 2 – 4 pm and 7 -9 pm. Prayers at 3:30 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Clement’s Roman Catholic Church, 745 Duke Street, Cambridge, Ontario on Thursday March 28, 2013 at 10 am. Burial to follow at Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge, Ontario. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or St. Clement’s Church would be appreciated by the family.
