Elsie was a kind, understanding, and generous woman who loved to garden and crochet. Born and raised in England, Elsie maintained an interest in British affairs all throughout her life, especially when it came to the Royal Family. Elsie will be remembered for making the best apple pie, and being the best mom ever. She is survived by her children Robert Clow, Nancy Driscoll (Paul), Jean Spencer (Ken), and Lisa Parker, grandchildren Shayne (Elizabeth) Driscoll, Shaun (Chung Ha) Driscoll, Tom Tucker, Tracey Hohl (Dale), Teri-Lynn Oakley (Jason), Stephen Spencer, Jason Spencer (Jennifer), Emily Hall, and Alexander Hall, and her many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Elsie was predeceased by her husband Wilfred Clow and her sister Phyllis Allen. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital. The family would like to thank all the staff at Lapointe-Fisher Nursing Home in Guelph for the wonderful care and compassion they showed to Elsie.
