

Passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2006, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 65.
He is proudly remembered and will be sadly missed by his devoted and loving wife Marilyn (nee MacEachern)
Fred will be lovingly remembered by his children, Peggy and husband Mark Dobbin, Mark and wife Debbie Kingston, Laurie and husband Donald Paddock, Kim Kingston and Dave Marion. Proud and loving Papa to Scott, Jillian, Thomas, Rebecca and Ethan. Much loved brother to Ruby Walsh, Muriel and Peter Lorenz and Ralph and Bev Kingston and brother-in-law to Mary Kingston, Ken MacEachern, Jim and Dawn MacEachern, Donna and Ron Reid, Susan and Paul Finn, Tacey MacEachern and Frank Haid. Predeceased by father Walter, mother Aleda and brother Grant.
We will miss Fred’s loving spirit for life, his positive attitude and courage. Fred will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, friends and neighbours.
The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Monday from 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted on Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 73 Queen St., E., Cambridge (H) with Rev. Jeff Veenstra officiating. Interment in Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Medical Day Clinic at Cambridge Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
