Grace had many different hobbies throughout life. Most memorably, she enjoyed being a Legion supporter, part of the Ladies Auxiliary at one time, and a big influence within the Union of the CAW for many, many years. After Bundy of Canada shut down, Grace went back to school and achieved her hairdressing diploma in which she worked out of her home doing hairdressing for a few years. She also took a Conestoga College course and received her PSW certificate and worked as a PSW until her and her husband Dan took early retirement and moved to the serene settings over the Rideau Canal in Seeley’s Bay in 2000. Grace was a very passionate woman who was very strong-willed and had an endless determination.
Grace is survived by her husband Daniel, her son Daniel, son John (Lorie Delane), daughter Anne-Marie Orme-Carter (Steven Carter), daughter Katrina Litchfield (Claude Litchfield) and daughter Heather Solie (Jeff Mooney).
