It is with great sadness that I, France Arsenault (Randy Chabot) say goodbye to my dear mother who passed away at Stirling Heights on Tuesday June 16th, 2020 in her 83rd year.
Cherished grandmother to Stephanie (Jamie Fitzgerald) and great grandma to Clementine. She will be missed by her brothers, nieces and nephews in Quebec. Jocelyne is now reunited with her husband Glen Thurlow and son Yves Arsenault.
To honour Jocelyne's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
