It is with great sadness that we say goodbye.
Beloved husband of Marlyn (Brooks) for over 60 years. Loving father of Dianne (John) McDonald, Joanne Vasco, Carol Waddington, Sharon (Terry) White, Johnny, Michael and Marlene. Grandfather of Lorraine (Ryan), Jessica, Jesse, Shawna (Steve), Joey, Brian, Ashley (Chad), Tara-Lynn and Michael. Great-grandfather of Alanna, Aidan and Emily. John was predeceased by his parents Andrew and Anna and sisters Mary, Antonia and Pauline. At John’s request, a private family service and burial will be held.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Cambridge Humane Society or the Ontario Mental Health Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
